About the Role

Craft fast, accessible, pixel-faithful interfaces for products used by thousands of people. You will pair closely with our designers and turn Figma files into interfaces that feel effortless — and hold up under real-world data and edge cases.

Key Responsibilities

UI Development

  • Build responsive, accessible UIs in React and TypeScript from Figma designs.

  • Translate motion and interaction specs into smooth, performant experiences.

  • Handle real-world states — loading, empty, error, and long content — not just the happy path.

Design Systems & Collaboration

  • Implement and extend design systems and reusable component libraries across client projects.

  • Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs and manage client-side state cleanly.

  • Give and receive design feedback in weekly UI reviews and flag issues early.

Performance & Quality

  • Optimize bundle size, rendering, and Core Web Vitals.

  • Write component and integration tests that keep refactors safe.

  • Uphold accessibility (WCAG) standards across everything you ship.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of professional frontend development with React.

  • Strong command of TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive layout.

  • Experience consuming APIs and managing client-side state cleanly.

  • An eye for detail — spacing, motion, and states that match the design intent.

  • Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) fundamentals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, or Next.js.

  • Familiarity with visual-regression or E2E testing (Playwright, Chromatic).

  • A portfolio of interfaces you are proud of.
