How do we avoid a fixed-price scope trap?

We fix the first increment tightly and price discovery separately. After that most clients move to a capacity-based model with a prioritised backlog, so scope changes cost a re-prioritisation rather than a change-order fight.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do, from the first commit. We work in your repositories where possible, and everything transfers with full documentation at the end of the engagement.

How quickly can an engagement start?

Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of scope agreement, and a delivery team is typically mobilised within three to four weeks depending on the skills involved.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes — most of our engagements are blended. We work in your repositories, ceremonies, and tooling, and we plan for knowledge transfer from the start so capability stays with you.
