Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This policy explains how NeonAITech uses cookies and similar technologies on neonaitech.com, what each one does, and the control you have over them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
Your current choices
Change which cookies we may use, or withdraw your consent entirely. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect immediately.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site recognise your browser on a later page or a later visit — to keep you signed in, to remember a preference, or to count visits. We also use comparable technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels; where this policy says “cookies”, it means all of them.
How we ask for your consent
When you first arrive we set only strictly necessary cookies. Nothing in the Functional, Analytics or Marketing categories runs until you allow it — our analytics provider is not even downloaded before then. You can accept everything, reject everything, or choose category by category, and rejecting takes exactly as few clicks as accepting.
We record your decision, the categories you allowed and the date you made the choice. That record lasts 6 months, after which we ask again. Clearing your browser cookies also clears it, and the banner will reappear.
The cookies we use
Third-party cookies are set by the providers named below and are governed by their own privacy policies. Exact names and lifetimes can vary as those providers update their products.
Strictly NecessaryAlways active
These cookies keep the website secure and usable — they remember your cookie choices, protect forms against abuse, and balance traffic across our servers. They are set only in response to actions you take, such as submitting an enquiry. Because the site cannot function without them, they do not require consent and cannot be disabled.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| nat_cookie_consent | NeonAITechFirst-party | Stores your cookie preferences and the date you set them. | 6 months |
FunctionalConsent required
Functional cookies let the site remember choices you make so it behaves the way you expect on your next visit — for example the country code you picked in our chat assistant, or the fact that you have already dismissed a prompt. Turning them off will not break the site, but some things will not be remembered.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| nat_prefs | NeonAITechFirst-party | Remembers interface preferences such as dismissed prompts. | 6 months |
AnalyticsConsent required
Analytics cookies tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they drop off, so we can improve the site. The reports we see are aggregated — we do not use them to identify you personally, and IP addresses are anonymised. Google Analytics is not loaded at all unless you allow this category.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google AnalyticsThird-party | Distinguishes one visitor from another to count unique users. | 2 years |
| _ga_<container-id> | Google AnalyticsThird-party | Keeps the session state for a single property. | 2 years |
| _gid | Google AnalyticsThird-party | Counts and tracks pageviews within a single day. | 24 hours |
MarketingConsent required
Marketing cookies are set by our advertising partners to measure how well a campaign performed and, on other websites, to show you content relevant to your interests. If you leave this category off, you will still see ads — they simply will not be based on your visit here.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google AdsThird-party | Measures ad conversions — which advert led to an enquiry. | 90 days |
| _fbp | MetaThird-party | Measures campaign performance across Facebook and Instagram. | 90 days |
Managing cookies in your browser
Beyond the controls on this site, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its privacy settings, and most offer a “do not track” or private browsing mode. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site from working — for example, we would no longer be able to remember that you rejected the optional ones.
Changes and contact
We update this policy whenever the cookies we use change. If a change affects what you consented to, we ask for your choice again rather than assuming the old one still applies. Questions about this policy, or a request to exercise your data rights, can go to support@neonaitech.com.
