About the Role

Own the infrastructure our client products run on. You will automate everything automatable — provisioning, deploys, monitoring — so engineers ship fast and sleep well. You have modernized more infrastructure than most, and you like leaving things better than you found them.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & IaC

  • Design and manage AWS infrastructure for multiple client products.

  • Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.

  • Containerize applications with Docker and, where it fits, orchestrate with Kubernetes.

CI/CD & Deployment

  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for zero-drama deployments.

  • Support engineers with environment issues and reduce friction in the delivery path.

  • Drive deployment strategies that make rollbacks boring and safe.

Monitoring & Security

  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation across environments.

  • Harden security — IAM, network policies, secret management, and backups.

  • Lead incident response and turn postmortems into concrete improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.

  • Strong AWS experience (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM).

  • Production experience with Docker and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Scripting ability in Bash and Python or Node.js.

  • Experience running and improving CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

  • Kubernetes experience beyond hello-world.

  • Cost-optimization wins you can talk about.

  • Exposure to compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
