About the Role

Shape how our products look, feel, and flow — from first discovery call to final handoff. Design here is not an afterthought: you sit in on client conversations, challenge requirements, and see your work in users’ hands within weeks. That feedback loop is what makes the role addictive.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Discovery

  • Join discovery calls and turn business goals into clear design problems.

  • Run lightweight user research and usability tests to validate decisions.

  • Map user journeys and information architecture before pixels enter the picture.

Design & Prototyping

  • Own end-to-end design for client products: wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design for real-world states, edge cases, and responsive breakpoints.

  • Present design rationale to clients and incorporate feedback with grace.

Systems & Handoff

  • Build and maintain design systems that keep multi-screen products consistent.

  • Partner with engineers during build to keep implementation true to design.

  • Contribute to proposals with concept screens and design estimates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years designing web or mobile products, with a strong portfolio.

  • Expert-level Figma skills including components, variables, and prototyping.

  • Experience creating or maintaining a design system.

  • Ability to explain design decisions in terms of user and business outcomes.

  • Comfort working directly with clients and tight timelines.

Nice to Have

  • Motion design skills (Framer, After Effects, or CSS animation sensibility).

  • Experience designing AI-powered interfaces — chat, copilots, generative flows.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints.
